LIFEBOTS Exchange seek to develop a holistic understanding of social robots in the intersection of care, user interaction, technology and society. By researcher and staff exchange, the project aims to increase knowledge on social robotics and to increase cooperation between different disciplines, sectors and countries.
Concept
This project will have an overarching focus on the correct assessment of social robotics in the care domain.
Approach
The project has three lines of action: technological, sociological, and care-and-welfare. Each line of action is represented by a scientific work-package.
Cooperation
LIFEBOTS Exchange aims at enhancing cross-sector, international and interdisciplinary cooperation in the area of social robotics technology for care.
Secondments
The partners in LIFEBOTS Exchange will visit each other to learn more about robotics in care from a different perspective.
